Being active in our community, our families rely on town leadership who will protect our businesses, neighborhoods, and taxpayers. Patti Boye-Williams, serving in her second term on the Farmington Town Council, has kept her promises. That’s why she has our support. She listens, then acts, coming up with good solutions to the challenges facing our town. Being an attorney, Patti has brought her unique skillset to tackling the hard problems, something we’ll continue to need.

With Farmington facing the loss of federal funds for our schools and other essential services, Patti has a plan. She’ll partner with our State Representatives like Mike Demicco to bring State aid to cover the loss so it doesn’t get passed onto property taxpayers at a time when affordability is an issue for many families.

We also know how much traffic has increased in Unionville, specifically on Routes 4 and 177. It’s disruptive to businesses’ customers and employees. It causes delays for students and educators. Further, federal funds are on hold for construction of the “third bridge,” which would connect Route 4 with New Britain Ave and help to reduce Route-4 congestion -- while also allowing our police officers with faster access to Route 4. Patti already supports solutions like more sidewalks to encourage walkability, safe biking, and State support for other ideas.
