Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival Nominated For CT Award

Voting is open for the Hartford Courant's 2022 "Best of Hartford" awards, and the Glastonbury fair is an option in the "Festival" category.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Fans of the Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival have an opportunity to make the event the winner of a Hartford Courant poll.

Voting is open for the Hartford Courant's 2022 "Best of Hartford" readers' poll, an annual survey designed to gauge Nutmeggers' favorite restaurants, museums, outdoor spaces, venues and more.

The Glastonbury festival is one of six nominees in the "Festival" category, going up against the Apple Harvest Festival in Southington, the Haddam Neck Fair, the Hebron Harvest Fair, the Maple Festival in Hebron and the West Hartford Pride Fest.

The Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce urged area residents to vote for the festival, writing on Twitter "Are you proud to call the Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival your hometown festival or favorite New England tradition? Let the rest of Connecticut know!"

Residents can vote until April 24 at 11:59 p.m., and the 2022 winners will be announced soon after.
