Glastonbury Cops Make Arrest Connected To Portable Toilet Burning Spree
An investigation into the burning of portable toilets in Glastonbury has resulted in an arrest, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT β Glastonbury police have made an arrest in connection with a summertime burning spree involving portable toilets at several parks and schools.
The three warrants were announced Thursday. All three charged 19-year-old Nathan Caron with reckless burning β a felony β along with second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.
The warrants were served the day before Thanksgiving, according to arrest reports.

The portable toilets were set on fire at several parks and on the grounds of some schools last summer, police said.
Caron's initial bonds were $25,000, $10,000 and another $25,000, but they were reduced to a collective $3,000 at his arraignment. He is due back in Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 16, judicial system records show.
