Glastonbury Election 2025 Voter Guide: Meet The Candidates
Here's what voters need to know about the municipal election including the candidates, polling places, voting hours, and more.

GLASTONBURY , CT β On Nov. 4, Glastonbury residents cast their votes for several key municipal positions in town. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming municipal election.
Election Day Polling Hours And Locations
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of Stateβs website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Same Day Voter Registration
If you are not registered, but want to vote on Election Day, you may register in person on Election Day at your Election Day Registration site People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using

Glastonbury voters will be facing a trio of ballot questions:
Question 1
- Shall the Town of Glastonbury appropriate $8,220,000 for the roof replacements at Glastonbury High School and Naubuc Elementary School and authorize the issue of bonds and notes in the same amount to finance the portion of the appropriation not defrayed by grants or other funds?
Question 2
- Shall the Town of Glastonbury appropriate $3,200,000 for the acquisition of two fire tank apparatus and authorize the issue of bonds and notes in the same amount to finance said appropriation?
Question 3
- Shall the ordinance, proposed by citizen petition, which reads: βNo additional artificial turf greater than 100 square feet, beyond the existing artificial turf field at Glastonbury High School, shall be permitted in any public place. The term βartificial turfβ also known as βsynthetic grassβ, shall include any material composed of plastic, rubber, or any other synthetic fiber or material which simulates, in appearance or function, a natural grass fieldβ be approved?
Here are the candidates:
Town Council, Vote for Up to Six
- The Democratic candidates are Larry Niland, Corey Turner, Anthony DiLizia, Tom Gullotta, Jennifer Wang, and Mary LaChance. The Republican candidates are Whit Osgood, Laszlo Szivak, Nick Korns, Kurt P. Cavanaugh, John Cavanna, and Marion Terry
Board of Finance, Vote for One
- The Democratic candidate is Constantine Constantine and the Republican candidate is Robert Lynn
Board of Education, Vote for Up to Two
- The Democratic candidates are Douglas C. Foyle and David Peniston and the Republican candidates are Jenn Jennings and Austin Apanovitch
Board of Assessment Appeals, Vote for One
- The Democratic candidate is Manisha Srivastava and the Republican candidate is David Cordone
Zoning Board of Appeals, Vote for Up to Two
- The Democratic candidates are Jaye Winkler and David Hoopes and the Republican candidate is Susan Dzialo
Board of Fire Commissioners, Vote for One
- The Democratic candidate is John (Jay) Cofiell and the Republican candidate is Anthony Nero
