Glastonbury HS One Of Best In State In Latest U.S. News Rankings
The 2024 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools list was released Tuesday and Glastonbury certainly made the grade.
GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury High School is the 25th best in Connecticut, according to the according to the 2024 Best High Schools list published Tuesday from U.S. News & World Report.
The top high schools have students who score exceptionally high on math, reading and science assessments, as well as strong performance among under-served students. High school graduation rates and college readiness among graduates are also measured.
Connecticut public high schools ranked second in the nation, with just less than 43 percent of its schools in the top 25 percent, according to the U.S, News 2024 Best High Schools list.

Among the 198 ranked schools, 16 schools are in the top 5 percent nationally, and 85 were in the top 25 percent.
