GLASTONBURY, CT — A No Kings Day rally is on tap for Glastonbury this weekend.

Organizers said the rally is slated for Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in front of Town Hall.

"Members of the Glastonbury community and surrounding towns will join in non-violent protest against the authoritarian actions of the Trump administration and in support of our precious and beautiful democracy," organizers said.

Following the Glastonbury rally, protesters will convene at the Capitol in Hartford from noon to 2 p.m., organizers said.

"All No Kings events adhere to a shared commitment to non-violent protest and community safety. Organizers are working closely with local partners to ensure peaceful and powerful actions nationwide," organizers said.
