Police shared a description of his clothing and appearance and are urging anyone with information to call the Glastonbury Police Department at 860-652-4269.

Glastonbury Man Charged In Portable Toilet Burning Spree Facing Similar Crimes In Wethersfield (patch.com) — Two young men from Glastonbury have been charged after Wethersfield police linked them to portable toilet fires at the Solomon Welles House last summer, with multiple arson and criminal mischief counts filed.
