Groton Man Charged In Shooting, Police Say
A man is facing charges in connection with a shooting incident at a New London municipal parking lot, police said.
GROTON, CT — A man is facing charges in connection with a shooting incident at a downtown municipal parking lot in New London in November, according to police.
Police responded to the parking lot between Golden and Pearl streets on a report of gunshots being fired at 1:10 a.m., Nov. 28.
Police found evidence supporting the report of gunfire. No injuries were reported.

Following an investigation, Bryce Jaden Harper, 22, of Groton, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and first-degree reckless endangerment.
