7 Charged In Hartford Human Trafficking Probe
Three female juveniles were found during the investigation and were returned to their families.
HARTFORD, CT — A human-trafficking probe by the Hartford Police Department resulted in multiple arrests on Wednesday.
According to the Hartford Police Department’s Special Investigations Division, in collaboration with the Regionalized Human Trafficking Recovery Task Force, the seven men arrested marked the culmination of a months-long investigation into human trafficking.
Police said the seven suspects were taken into custody and face charges including trafficking in persons, sexual assault, kidnapping, risk of injury to a minor, and illegal sexual contact.

This operation also led to the recovery and safe return of three juvenile victims to their families.
Those charged by the HPD were: Tyrod Jackson, 19; Tahjay Wilson, 20; Ahmad Compton, 36; James Williams, 35; Bernard Mickens, 37; Raheem Jones, 50; and Donovan Dun, 19.
