HARTFORD, CT - A Windsor Locks resident is $119,485 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 1, the big winner from Windsor Locks, purchased a Fast Play $5 Money Vault Progressive ticket from Sam's Quick Stop in Hartford and won $119,485.
