Woman, 23, Killed In Hit-And-Run Crash In Hartford: Report
The identity of the woman killed in the crash has been released by authorities.

HARTFORD, CT — A 23-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash Sunday morning at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Adelaide Street, WFSB 3 TV reported.
The crash involved a Jeep SUV and a Toyota minivan. Tonyque Davis, 23, of Portland, was killed in the crash, WFSB 3 TV reported. The driver of the minivan fled the scene, WFSB 3 TV reported.
Late Sunday, Clarence Cross, 45, of Hartford was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and other charges, WFSB 3 TV reported.
