Young Woman Taken To Hospital After Being Shot In Hartford: Police
The victim in the Saturday shooting was a woman in her 20s, police said.
HARTFORD, CT — City police are investigating a shooting over the weekend that sent one woman to the hospital.
According to the Hartford Police Department, at about 9:16 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, police were called to the area of 187 Babcock St. following a ShotSpotter activation.
Upon arrival, officers located a female victim in her 20s suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, according to police.

She was transported to an area hospital for treatment, police said.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation.
