Middletown Arrests: April 24 to May 6

The following information was provided by the Middletown Police Department. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.

Middletown Police report the following incidents:

May 6
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE — At 9:24 a.m., Darrell Eaddy, 35, of Eastern Drive, New Haven, was driving on Grand Street without a front plate. 

VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 5:36 p.m., Samuel J. Clymer Jr., 47, of High Street, Baltic, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

May 4
FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY — At 4 p.m., Marida Heng, 31, of Main Street Extension was picked up on an outstanding warrant.

April 30
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 6:42 p.m., Jeffrey J. Kaminski, 38, of Bingham Court, Middletown, was driving on Main Street and Hartford Avenue. He is a felon with multiple arrests for larceny, narcotics and burglary, according to police.

April 29
USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION LESS THAN HALF-OUNCE MARIJUANA — At 10:29 p.m., police were called to a home on Johnson Street about Alison K. Kozikowski, 25, of Prospect Street who was using narcotics in the caller's basement. The report says she left on foot and was found by officers with marijuana, 10 ripped wax paper packets with 2.1 grams of heroin and she admitted to using.

April 28 
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, THIRD-DEGREE STRANGULATION, SECOND-DEGREE UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT — At 9 p.m., police were called to a home on Towne Ridge Drive for a woman screaming in an apartment. The report says that when officers arrived, they heard Jeffrey Williams, 43, of Town Ridge Drive say if the woman hit him in the face again he would hit her back and that he couldn't believe she hit him. Police say the woman, whom had been dating Williams for two years, was crying after they argued a day before and she came over to discuss the disagreement. The report says Williams said the woman tripped and she ran into the bathroom crying, then came out and slapped him in the face. The woman said she went over to get the $250 he owed her, they argued and he pushed her so hard she fell, hurting her elbow and head, then held her wrists, and assaulted her in the bathroom so she slapped him to get away. The report says he he pinned her to the ground and kneed her rib cage, then pushed her on the bed and "muzzled" her mouth as she screamed for help, and choked her.

April 24
IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE — Christopher G. Fiondella, 35, of Cross Street was driving a Volkswagen Jetta with a license plate for a BMW. The report stays he told police he didn't think it was a "big deal" to switch plates.
