Middletown Police report the following arrests:

April 23

FIRST- AND TWO COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 3:30 p.m., a bail bondsman brought in Diane M. Damiano, 42, of Glenn Street, New Britain, on an outstanding warrant.


April 18

DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE ON THE RIGHT — At 10:30 a.m., Madison L. Vestergaard, 22, of Basswood Drive turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 8:47 p.m., Joel P. Blancaflor, 23, of Old Cart Road, Haddam, was driving a Subaru Impreza on Main Street.

April 26

Newington Police report the following incidents:
DUI — At 1:20 a.m., Tailan Moscaritolo, 21, of Grand Street, at 2800 Berlin Turnpike.


April 27

DUI, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PROPER LANE, IMPROPER TURN — At 1:07 a.m., Justin Bengston, 32, of Summerhill Road at Main Street and Robbins Avenue.
