A ticket in a popular scratch game paid off for a Middletown resident.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown player scored big with the top prize in a CT Lottery scratch game this week.
The unnamed player cashed in a $10,000 winning ticket Thursday in the CT Lottery's 10X Cash 17th Edition game.
The ticket was picked up at Stew Leonard's in Newington.
