MIDDLETOWN — A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 9, Migdonia Sales, of Middletown purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Lara Market in Windsor and won $10,000.
