MIDDLETOWN — A Middletown resident is $12,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 10, Garry Whitaker, of Middletown purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from The Wine Cellar in Middletown and won $12,708.
