Upcoming Carnival Comes With Parking Restrictions Near Palmer Field In Middletown
The carnival comes with parking restrictions in Middletown.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Middletown police are reiterating strict parking enforcement as a carnival comes to town.
The Coleman Brothers Carnival has returned to Middletown. As in years past there will be no parking on the south side of Bernie O’Rourke Drive.
"Traffic flow and pedestrian safety is of the upmost importance to us," police said.

The carnival is being staged in a lot adjacent to Palmer Field.
According to the Coleman Shows Facebook page, an extra week has been added to the Middletown stay. That means the dates will now be April 10 through April 19.

The carnival is slated top open at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 2 p.m. on weekends. Closing times are based on crowds but usually between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., weather permitting.
Wristbands will be sold for $30 for weekdays and $35 for weekends. Sunday will be a Middletown appreciation day with two-for-one wristbands. See more on the Facebook page.
