Nine Middletown Physicians Are Top, According to Connecticut Mag

Nine physicians from Middletown have been highly recommended by their peers, affording them a spot in Connecticut Magazine's list of Top Docs.

The city is represented by doctors practicing a wide array of specialties — from obstetrics to pediatrics to infectious diseases and everywhere in between.

In all, 844 doctors in 31 categories were chose — the result of 20,000 questionnaires sent out over a four-year period, including 5,000 this year alone.

Surveys were sent exclusively to Connecticut doctors, asking them to recommend a doctor (other than themselves) to whom they would send a loved one for expert medical care in various specialties, including for the first time, the area of anesthesiology and pain management. The doctors' recommendations are the names that comprise the list.
