Sisters To Open Cafe In Their Hometown Of Norwich
A prominent spot will become home to a family-owned and -operated coffee shop.
NORWICH, CT — Clark & Co. is a coffee shop that will be opening its doors in Norwich.
The cafe posted the following on Facebook in September:
"We are the Clark sisters. Professionally we are two teachers and a pastry chef…we are also foodies, collectors, curators, and love a reason to celebrate. We are so excited to open Clark & Co. in our hometown and can’t wait to see you in October!"

The coffee shop is currently hiring full- and part-time baristas.
A "sneak preview" of their offerings includes molasses chew cookies, signature chocolate chip-toffee cookies, apple spice muffins, banana bread, and lemon-maple cinnamon buns.

The owners are Jenny and Geoff LaMarche, with the help of her sisters, Aimee and Katie, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
The cafe will also serve freshly brewed coffee and breakfast offerings like egg sandwiches, frittatas, and toast with various toppings. The lunch menu will include soups, salads, and sandwiches. Baked goods and pastries will be available all day.
Clark & Co. will be at 307 Washington St., across from Backus Hospital. The spot is the former location of Johnson's Flowers and Gifts, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
