At the conclusion of the luncheon the State Poster Winner for 2015 will be announced. Richard McDonough and Keith Flood, co-chairpersons of the Connecticut Fire Prevention Poster Committee said they were "pleased,'' to announce a county winner from Oxford and said, "Our heartiest congratulations on the quality of your school art program, and in having an educational climate which makes this type of school and community cooperation possible."
