Quaker Farms School Kindergarten Registration Open
All necessary forms can be found online and printed at home. Call in to make an appointment to register your child. Read on for details.

From Oxford Public Schools: If any parent has not registered their child for kindergarten for the Fall of 2017, you can call Mrs. Claire Luce at Quaker Farms School at 203-888-5418 to make an appointment.
All kindergarten registration forms can be found on our website. The forms can be downloaded and printed at home. Please bring these forms completed at registration. The information is detailed on the District Website at www.oxfordpublicschools.org. These forms will also be available during registration time if you have no means of downloading them at home.
In order to register your child, the following items must be presented at the time of registration:

- Student’s original birth certificate with raised seal along with a copy (passport may be used with administration approval)
- Proof of a recent physical examination and required immunizations of the student(s)
- Driver’s license with current address (along with a copy) or Connecticut Identification card, and 2 of the following for proof of residency:
- Copy of mortgage and/or lease agreement or notarized affidavit signed by the property owner
- Car registration
- Property tax bill
- Latest utility bill
A physical examination must be completed for all five year old students. A completed physical form must be submitted by December 29, 2017.
You do not have to bring your child with you at this registration. Vision and hearing screenings WILL NOT take place during kindergarten registration. At the time of your child’s physical your doctor’s office should do the vision and hearing screening.
