Snow, Sleet, and Rain Chance for Rocky Hill by the End of the Week
Wind chill values will approach zero or even below zero for most of the state Monday night and into Tuesday.

We wrote on Sunday that we were going to be hit with an arctic blast, which would produce the coldest weather of this winter season thus far.
And right on cue, the National Weather Service has issued a “Hazardous Weather Outlook” for all of Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and New London counties for Monday and Tuesday because of the predicted bitterly cold temps and wind chill values.
No such advisory was issued for Hartford and Tolland counties, but temps and will chills there will also be frigid. And unlike the rest of the state, there is a chance for snow, sleet and rain beginning late Friday and into Sunday for this area.
