Jessica M. Cyr, 39, of Litchfield Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:05 a.m. She was to appear in court May 9.
April 30

Jordan Rodriguez, 34, of Meriden Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court on May 1.
Edgar Rivera, 49, of Harris Court, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:46 a.m. He was to appear in court April 30.
James Frederick Morrison, 32, of Woodford Avenue, Plainville, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree breach of peace, two counts of violation of a protective order, and second-degree harassment at 11:43 a.m. He was to appear in court on May 1.
Edwin Guzman-Soto, 37, of Hamilton Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 7:26 a.m. He will appear in court May 14.

John Marquis, 35, of Fairmount Avenue, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court May 1.
Dawn Gibbons, 46, of Allen Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:15 p.m. She will appear in court May 15.
Alexander David Depastino, 57, of Wheeler Village Road, Southington, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender at 12:15 p.m. He will appear in court May 16.

Paul Demanuele, 36, of Morningside Drive, Bristol, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 10 a.m. He will appear in court May 16.
Eric R. Amato, 59, of Nancy Lane, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:15 p.m. He will appear in court May 16.
