SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A developer has submitted plans to build a 210-unit senior housing complex on a 57-acre site near the Manchester border, according to a news report from CT Insider.

Downeast LLC, a subsidiary of Washington Prime Group, recently filed applications seeking a zone change and general plan of development for an age-restricted condominium community in South Windsor along Wheeler Avenue and Smith Street, the report said.
