SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — It's hard to imagine a business located in the highest traffic area of a town could be considered "hidden," but when you're a fairly new eatery in a strip plaza which also contains a Dunkin', it could be easily overlooked. Take my word for it - you do not want to overlook Oscar's All-American Grill, where top-notch breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served daily - a rarity in this day and age.

Oscar's may be found in the Sullivan Place Centers at 855 Sullivan Avenue, in a spot best remembered as the longtime site of the Red Onion Pizzeria & Restaurant until its closing in April 2019. Joe Pizza operated at the site for two years before Oscar's opened in summer 2023.

Nearly everything imaginable may be ordered at Oscar's. Whether you're in the mood for something simple such as pancakes, waffles or burgers, to more elaborate creations like shrimp parmesan sirloin, balsamic chicken fresco or St. Louis ribs - palates of all kinds can be satisfied with the generous portions offered here.
