Wednesday, Feb. 19

Colt J. Meadows, 21, of Shelton, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny, 10:00 a.m.

Lucius D. Brittian, 23, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:40 a.m.
