Saturday, Feb. 22

Jacob R. Brown, 21, of Ellington, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and evading responsibility (two counts), 5:10 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

Zachary M. Eavens, 36, of New Milford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 6:10 a.m.

Paul R. Thompson, 38, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, 4:56 p.m.
