Friday, Feb. 21

David A. Fonda, 41, of Rocky Hill, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 10:30 p.m.

Jacob R. Brown, 21, of Ellington, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and evading responsibility (two counts), 5:10 p.m.

Zachary M. Eavens, 36, of New Milford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 6:10 a.m.
