Thursday, July 10

Eliu Claudio, 44, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment (two counts), drinking while driving, failure to drive upon right, failure to obey traffic control signal and failure to obey stop sign, 11:48 a.m.
