Claudia V. Bernstein, 71, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:28 p.m.

Akil Kumar, 35, of South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct, 4:52 p.m.

Friday, June 13

Simon M. Muriithi, 22, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, drinking while driving, driving the wrong way on divided highway and operating without a license, 1:10 a.m.
