Mark C. Brogin, 53, of Sarasota, Fla., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and second-degree forgery, 8:33 p.m.

Gabriella M. Burwood, 34, of East Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:38 p.m.

Thursday, May 15

Luis Mendez, 35, of Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:44 a.m.

Jason D. Diulio, 45, of South Windsor, was charged with violating conditions of release, 11:57 a.m.
