Rakeim R. Caldwell, 35, of Bloomfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, 9:08 a.m.

Michael S. Wagner, 38, of Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, 10:17 a.m.

Simao Pedro-Abranjo, 46, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:26 p.m.
