Wednesday, May 21

Michael A. Clancy, 28, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and failure to obey traffic control signals, 12:30 a.m.

Rakeim R. Caldwell, 35, of Bloomfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, 9:08 a.m.

Michael S. Wagner, 38, of Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, 10:17 a.m.
