South Windsor Police Looking for Witnesses to Car Burglary

South Windsor Police are seeking witnesses to a car burglary that occurred at LA Fitness on Tuesday evening at about 6:30 p.m., according to a release.

An unknown suspect smashed the side window of car that was parked on the north side of the building and removed the victim’s purse, police said.

Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity is requested to contact the South Windsor Police at 860-644-2551. 

The South Windsor Police also recommend all valuable items such as purses, GPS units, smart phones, etc. always be  secured in the trunk to deter theft.
