South Windsor Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize
The big win came on a lottery ticket sold in Manchester, officials say.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A South Windsor resident recently won $25,000 on a winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The winning $25,000 PLAY4 ticket was sold on Nov. 24th at Manchester St LLC in Manchester, officials reported.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
