Spring Practice Underway: South Windsor's Team Championship History

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The winter sports season is now behind us, the calendar has turned to spring, high school practices are well underway and opening day looms around the corner for all seven CIAC-sanctioned spring sports in Connecticut. With the coming of the new season comes the hope for success, with the ultimate goal being winning a state championship.
South Windsor High School's 17 spring team state titles date back to 1939, when the school was known as Ellsworth High School.
