A trooper went to the address to wait for the man and encountered a gray Honda CRV that was pulling into the driveway of the residence and the passenger was quickly identified as the male involved in the disturbance — 22-year-old Korey Barton.

Barton told the trooper that he had engaged in a verbal argument with a woman, but denied it turned into a physical altercation. He claimed that he secured a ride home as soon as the argument escalated began escalating, according to an arrest report.
