Trick-Or-Treat On Main Street In Town Of Stafford

While today’s anticipated weather was never ideal, there was hope mother nature would be kind for a few hours this afternoon. That is not the case and today’s heaviest rains and winds are forecasted for exactly when Trick-or-Treat on Main Street takes place. It’s with great disappointment to announce the cancellation of today’s organized activities.

All road closure permits are conditional and unfortunately a Main Street detour is just not possible. Protecting the safety of pedestrians, motorists, and our community as a whole is of the upmost importance. Trick-or-Treat is more than another event, its special community gathering is made possible by the generosity and commitment of businesses and organizations. As an alternative, stop by downtown businesses during business hours this weekend to pick up treats.

Additionally, the Stafford Garden Club will be distributing candy in Haymarket Common tomorrow, October 31, from 4:00pm �" 6:00pm. [Visit Site]
