All-Way Stop In Place At Busy East Windsor Intersection
Drivers are being urged to use caution at the Route 5 and Route 140 intersection while the issue is addressed.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — Drivers are being asked to use caution at the intersection of Route 5 (Prospect Hill Road) and Route 140 (Bridge Street/North Road).
The East Windsor Police Department said the traffic lights there are flashing red in all directions. That means all drivers must come to a full stop before going through the intersection.

Police said the Connecticut Department of Transportation has been notified and is aware of the issue.
