2 People Shot Near Elementary School In Southeast
Two people were shot near Savoy Elementary School in Southeast Monday morning.

(Updated at 2:45 p.m. Monday): WASHINGTON, DC — Two people were shot near Savoy Elementary School in Anacostia Monday morning, police said.
The shooting occurred at about 11 a.m. in the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., SE.
Police are searching for a dark-colored, four-door sedan.
