5 People, Including 4 Teens, Critically Missing: DC Police

Police released several cases of missing people in the city, four of whom are teenagers. If you've seen any of them, police want your call.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking the public's help in finding several people who have gone missing recently. Police sent out five notices of missing people, four of which refer to teenagers.

Patch will update this article as these people are found, or as people are added to the list of the missing.

Julio Villafranco, 15, has been missing since Sunday, Jan. 5 around 7 p.m. Police say he was last seen in the 2800 block of 15th Street NW. He's described as a Hispanic male with light complexion, 5-foot-10, 160 pounds, with black curly hair and brown eyes.

Tracie Wright, 55, has been missing since Sunday, Jan. 5 around 9:45 p.m. Police say she was last seen in the 1400 block of 35th Street SE. She's described as a black female with medium complexion, 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and white sneakers. She may be in need of medication, police say.

Carlisa Blakeney, 14, has been missing since Monday, Jan. 6 around 12:45 p.m. Police say she was last seen in the 200 block of I Street SE. She's described as a black female of medium complexion, 5-foot-3, 122 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow sweatshirt and white/gray sneakers.

Nyisa Stewart, 15, has been missing since Tuesday, Jan. 7 around 8:15 a.m. Police say she was last seen in the 1200 block of N. Capitol Street NW. She's described as a black female with medium brown complexion, 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans with purple and white Jordans.

Xavier Mitchell, 15, has been missing since Tuesday, Jan. 7 around 12:30 p.m. Police say he was last seen in the 500 block of 55th Street NE. He's described as a black male with light brown complexion, six feet tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
