'American Idol' Stars Spotted At The Wharf: Reports
Katy Perry and Luke Bryan were seen re-enacting the scene from Titanic at The Wharf recently.

WASHINGTON, DC — The long-running reality singing competition "American Idol" was spotted filming around The Wharf in Southwest D.C. recently, according to a report. And the show's stars were seen hamming it up.
The Washington Business Journal reports that signs posted around the pedestrian walkways warned that anyone walking in the area consented to being recorded by camera crews who were filming at the Dockmaster Building next to a large yacht.
Judges Katy Perry and Luke Bryan were there, and the Daily Mail reported they re-enacted the famous scene from the movie "Titanic."

This is the 18th season of "American Idol." Perry and Bryan are returning for this season, as well as Lionel Richie and host Ryan Seacrest.
Perry has been doing some sightseeing in D.C. for the past few days, including visiting the Washington Monument. In the video posted by the Mail, she can be seen trying to make some perspective gags with her pushing the monument.
