Police reportedly have recovered a body in a pond at the 17th hole of the Rock Creek Golf Course.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Police have made a gruesome discovery at the Rock Creek Golf Course: a body in a pond at the 17th hole, according to a report.
NBC 4 reporter Darcy Spencer tweeted at around 5 p.m. Tuesday that D.C. and U.S. Park Police were on the scene of a body found at the golf course, and they were currently in the process of recovering it.
"It is unclear how long the body has been there," she tweeted.
