WASHINGTON, DC — A D.C. teen faces a murder charge after police say he fled a crash that killed another teen in Southeast D.C. on Thursday, according to a report.

The Washington Post reports that police say a 17-year-old boy was behind the wheel of a vehicle that fatally struck 15-year-old Amoni Richardson in the 3900 block of East Capitol SE Thursday morning as she crossed the street.
