Dogs Left Locked In U-Haul In DC: Officials (Video)
Authorities say they managed to free two dogs who were found locked alone in the rear of a U-Haul in D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Two dogs are safe after local D.C. Fire and EMS rescued them from a U-Haul vehicle in Northwest D.C. Monday afternoon.
"#DCsBravest just forced entry and removed 2 dogs that were left locked alone in the rear of a U-haul in the 1600 block O St NW," they tweeted. "They have been provided with water."
Humane Rescue and D.C. police were also called to the scene to investigate.
