Juvenile Arrested In September Fatal Shooting: D.C. Police
Saquan Williams, 16, of Southeast has been arrested for first-degree murder, police said. He will be charged as an adult.

WASHINGTON, DC — A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for the shooting outside the Potomac Gardens housing complex that left one dead in September.
Police arrested Saquan Williams, of Southeast, for first-degree murder while armed. He will be charged as an adult, police said.
Williams is accused of fatally shooting Carly Hardy, 24, of Northeast on Sunday, Sept. 10. The shooting took place shortly before 6 p.m. in the 1200 block of I St. SE.

Hardy died from his injuries three weeks later while in the hospital on Sunday, Oct. 1.

Police released surveillance video that shows three people jumping out of a black car stopped in front of the apartment complex. The video does not capture the shooting.
