Man Arrested In 'Upskirting' Incident At DC Whole Foods: Report
Police reportedly found at least 34 additional victims after searching his phone.
WASHINGTON, DC — A man was caught "upskirting" a young girl at a D.C. Whole Foods, and a search of his phones indicates that there could be dozens of more victims, according to a report.
NBC 4's Jackie Bensen reported that the unidentified man, who is 25, was arrested for taking photographs underneath a girl's dress or skirt at the Whole Foods located at 1400 P Street NW.
Bensen cited court documents indicating that a search of his phone found at least 34 additional unidentified victims.
