Man Charged With Murdering Baby In DC: Report

WASHINGTON, DC -- Police have charged a man in connection with the beating death of a 3-month-old girl in Southeast D.C., according to a report.

WTOP reports that 25-year-old Cornell Delvonte Holton has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Skylar Newman, which happened March 16 at around 9:35 p.m. in the 4300 block of G Street SE. The baby died of her injuries three days later.

D.C. police are currently searching for Holton, and ask anyone who knows where he is to contact them.
