Man Dies, Juvenile Injured In Southwest Shooting
An 18-year-old man was killed and a juvenile male was injured in a shooting in Southeast Washington, police said.

WASHINGTON, DC — An 18-year-old man was killed and a juvenile male was injured in a shooting in Southeast Washington, police said.
The shooting occurred in the 300 block of P Street SW at about 9:20 p.m. Saturday. Arriving officers located an adult male and a juvenile male suffering from gunshot wounds in the 1400 block of 4th Street SW.
Both victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Khyre Amar Ledbetter, 18, of Northeast was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said. The juvenile male victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police offer a reward of up to $25,000 for information which leads to the conviction of the person or persons responsible for this homicide.
