A man stood on the Metro tracks at L'Enfant apparently angry at having to change platforms.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A man stood on the tracks at L'Enfant Plaza Metro station and narrowly avoided a train in a bizarre incident Wednesday, video of which is below.
Twitter user Al Betancourt tweeted out video of the man, who was apparently angry that a medical emergency on the Green Line had forced riders to change platforms.
The man can be heard yelling something while standing on the tracks, but makes a hasty retreat from the tracks when the lights start blinking indicating a train is approaching.
