Man Walks Up To DC Cops, Says He Killed A Woman: Report

A man reportedly told D.C. police Sunday he killed someone, and cops later found a body of a woman at his North Carolina home.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A man walked up to D.C. police near Capitol One Arena on Sunday and told them he killed a woman in North Carolina -- and when local police checked his home, they found a woman dead in a bathroom, according to a report.

ABC 7's Kevin Lewis reported that 29-year-old Jaron Kubler of Kernersville, N.C. approached Metropolitan Police Department officers early Sunday morning and told them he had committed murder in North Carolina, citing a police report that he posted on Twitter.

The report states that police contacted local law enforcement who entered his home and found the woman's body, prompting police to place Kubler under arrest.
